Terms of use
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Atmosphere Of Testimonies Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation (EIN 82-4487140) at 307 Oak Lane, Suite 211, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051, for your use of Propag8it. By creating an account, you accept them.
Free forever, for individuals
The core of Propag8it is free, permanently, for individual believers: the 1-2-4 tracker, the soul tree, the resource library, your own Friends Sunday events, and the discipleship pathways.
We won’t put those behind a paywall, a usage cap or a trial. We may charge churches and organisations for their own tools — dashboards, member management, aggregate reporting — but that’s a different product for a different buyer, and it doesn’t touch what you use.
You have to be 18
Propag8it is for adults. You need to be 18 or over to create an account.
That isn’t a judgement about young believers, who often evangelise better than the rest of us. It’s that this app holds private information about other people — their name, their beliefs, what you’ve written about them — and that responsibility sits with an adult. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we’ll close it and delete what’s in it.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us at privacy@propag8it.com.
What you record about other people
Propag8it lets you record people who never signed up, and write publicly about what God has done. Both deserve care.
- Don’t record or post anything that exposes something someone told you in confidence.
- Don’t name a person in a testimony in a way that reveals their beliefs, their struggles or their circumstances without their agreement.
- If someone asks you to remove their record, delete it. You type their name to confirm, and it is permanent.
Acceptable use
Testimonies are reviewed by us before they reach the public wall. Any signed-in user can report a published testimony, and a report sends it straight back for review.
Don’t post anything that is:
- abusive, harassing or hateful toward any person or group
- false, or presented as someone else’s story
- sexually explicit, or harmful to a child in any way
- an advert, a solicitation or a scam
- someone else’s private information
- unlawful where you live, or under the law of Texas
Don’t try to reach other users’ data, overload the service, scrape it, or work around its security. Don’t use the app to harass, pressure or coerce anyone.
What we don’t promise
Propag8it is provided as it is. We work hard on it, but we don’t promise it will always be available, always be free of faults, or always sync perfectly — the app is built to work offline and reconcile later, and reconciliation isn’t magic. Keep your own record of anything you can’t afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time, from Settings on the web or in the app. It takes effect immediately and can’t be undone.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms. Where it’s proportionate, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Carrying on using Propag8it after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you live in the UK, the EU, or anywhere else whose consumer law says otherwise, none of that takes away the protection of your local law or your right to bring a claim where you live.
